We act as a ‘site finder’ helping our clients relocate their businesses to the Midlands and London. We secure new/larger offices and manufacturing light/heavy industrial premises. We work meticulously with every client, understanding their every need. We work with commercial property consultants and an expert global mobility team.
We arrange the services of Managing Agents and Asset Management companies on behalf of our clients with commercial and residential portfolios in the UK and overseas.
We represent new graduates to executives making their move as smooth as possible.
We are based in Royal Leamington Spa and cover The Midlands and London.

About
Anna Swinfield
Anna has a BA Hons degree in Spanish and Journalism. She is fluent in Spanish. She started her career at Citigroup in Canary Wharf, London, as a Marketing Associate within the Asset Management team.
Anna worked for a British engineering consultancy in Madrid, Spain, heading up HR, marketing, finance and administration.
Living and working in Spain gave Anna a grounding in European law, dealing with company lawyers in Spain and the UK, and acting as the principal contact for the London Head Office and its European satellites
